The Tennessee Titans announced Thursday that Jeff Fisher has been fired after 16 seasons of being the head coach of the Titans. Fisher had many up and down seasons with the team and was known as a .500 coach. After the '10-'11 season the Tennessee Titans ended the season with a losing record and had many problems on and off the field. The biggest problem for Fisher was his quarterback Vince Young who is known for his bad temper and his childish behavior. They never got along and was the cause of Fisher getting fired.
I thought it was the right choice to fire Fisher after 16 up and down seasons. He didn't get along with some of his players and when that happens players start to lose respect for you and will cause your team to go downhill. Also at the end of this season you could see in Fishers face that he had enough, and seemed like he quit on the team, and because of that i think it was the right choice for the franchise to move on.
